Founded by Peter Vocelka—a seasoned tradesman with over 25 years in the construction industry—VVSI was created to deliver a higher standard of work in a field where every detail matters.
Peter began his career as a union carpenter in Southern California, spending 15 years mastering steel framing and drywall systems on commercial job sites. His hands-on experience and deep technical knowledge eventually led him to serve as a superintendent for over a decade, where he oversaw complex interior build-outs and framing packages with meticulous attention to detail. But Peter wanted more than just efficient job sites—he wanted to create a company where craftsmanship, integrity, and accountability were the pillars of every project.
That’s why he founded VVSI Contracting. The name—Very Very Small Imperfection—says it all. At VVSI, we believe that drywall and framing work should be clean, seamless, and built to last. Our focus is commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and structural steel stud framing. We work closely with general contractors, developers, and property managers to bring walls, ceilings, and soffits to life with precision and speed.
